2006 Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Strikingly elegant, the Mansfield Winery Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and opulent with riveting aromas of ripe black cherries, plums and generous hints of exotic spices.  Madagascar vanilla, cloves and cedar are but a few of the many aromas in this perfectly structured wine.  Deftly balanced and focused flavors are solidly integrated into this complex and age-worthy Cabernet.

2006 NapaValley Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of sweet pipe tobacco, heirloom red damask roses and a hint of cloves rise from the surface of this velvety purple Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.  Firm tannins power the strong mid palate while a classic French acidity provides for a long finish.

2006 Dry Creek Zinfandel
Low-yielding Zinfandel grapes were harvested from the upper slopes of Bradford Mountain in the heart of the Dry Creek Valley.  Concentrated explosive flavors of brambleberries and cassis with a hint of Tahitian vanilla define and delineate this magnificent Zinfandel.

2006 Napa Valley Merlot
Firm yet velvety tannins provide the framework for an outstanding panoply of dark fruit, mountain herb, and juicy acidity.  Aromas of cherries and warm oak segue into an explosion of
old-vine flavor.

2007 Russian River Chardonnay
Thirty-year-old dry-farmed Chardonnay vines are the source for this luscious and stunning Russian River Chardonnay.  Aromas of ripe Bartlett pear and crème brûlée, with a balanced acidity and intense flavors of tropical fruit are the hallmarks of this exceptional wine.  The wine was barrel-fermented in 25% new Allier French Oak barrels and 25% 2nd year Allier barrels from the cooperage of Remond.  The lees were stirred monthly (battonage) and the wine was bottled

2007 Umpqua Valley (Oregon) Riesling
Aromas of subtle fruit, mandarin orange and a velvet texture define and delineate this classically styled Riesling.  Fermented and aged in 1200 liter German oval casks, picked at 24 Brix with 80% botrytis, the wine is defined by a delicate sweetness which counterbalances a
backbone of mineral acidity.
